Providing space for emotional & spiritual healing
In Solidarity Counseling provides a space to approach mind, body and spirit in our mental health treatment. The Celtic Knot reflects the connection between these three components of our self, allowing us a greater understanding of our healing and wellness.
Practices of gratitude, meditation and contemplation have been known to make an impact in mental health symptoms. With over 13 years of clinical work, therapist Marcia MacKillop, LCSW, has become committed to asking and exploring how our spirituality, or lack of spirituality, can play a significant role in our wellness and healing.
Telehealth and in-person appointments are available.
“The simplest spiritual discipline is some degree of solitude and silence. To be with our own thoughts and feelings is probably the most courageous act most of us will ever do.” -Richard Rohr
